劉慧敏，臺灣當代藝術家，畢業於東海大學景觀建築系與美國莎凡納設計藝術學院插畫研究所。作品曾在臺灣、義大利與美國多個城市展出，目前居住於臺北，從事藝術創作與大學兼任教學。
Hui Min Liu was born in Taichung, Taiwan, where she would eventually receive her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Tunghai University. She later obtained her Master of Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, USA. Her paintings have been exhibited internationally in Seattle, Canajoharie, Los Angeles, Breckenridge, San Antonio, San Francisco, Italy, and Taiwan.
Hui Min is currently living and working in Taipei as an artist and part-time university lecturer.
