Hui Min Liu was born in Taichung, Taiwan, where she would eventually receive her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Tunghai University.  She later obtained her Master of Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, USA. Her paintings have been exhibited internationally in New York, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Seattle, San Francisco, Italy, and Taiwan.

Hui Min is currently working as a freelance artist and teaching design and technical drawing at Fu Jen Catholic University and Tunghai University in Taiwan.
